4.4.3.23 金屬壁板、屋頂與內(nèi)墻
4.4.3.23.1 裝修范圍
這里明確了對(duì)于金屬壁板、屋頂材料和內(nèi)墻的要求，以及對(duì)于投標(biāo)人進(jìn)行構(gòu)思、細(xì)節(jié)設(shè)計(jì)、制作、布置、安裝、檢查以及測試的各項(xiàng)工作的要求，投標(biāo)人的工作應(yīng)當(dāng)與本規(guī)范中的要求以及其自身展示的圖片相一致。
施工作業(yè)包括：
金屬壁板和屋頂?shù)脑O(shè)計(jì)、制作、布置、安裝工作，以及壁板、內(nèi)墻和屋頂?shù)暮附庸ぷ鳌?br />
內(nèi)部金屬墻包括：
天窗、遮陽棚以及其他附屬物。
所有雨水排水溝、遮雨板、扣件以及其他任何必要的防水器具的設(shè)計(jì)、制作、排布以及安裝。
按照要求排布、區(qū)隔壁板、屋頂以及墻壁。
表面的油漆和維護(hù)。

4.4.3.23.3 質(zhì)量保證與質(zhì)量控制
投標(biāo)人應(yīng)當(dāng)完全遵照工程質(zhì)量保證規(guī)定或質(zhì)量控制要求。質(zhì)量保證或質(zhì)量控制所需的材料與提交程序應(yīng)當(dāng)符合本規(guī)范中“提交”部分的要求。
4.4.3.23.4 提交
簽訂合同后，投標(biāo)人應(yīng)當(dāng)全面、完整地提供其競標(biāo)系統(tǒng)中的各個(gè)組件和附屬物的材料說明數(shù)據(jù)給業(yè)主審核。
測試數(shù)據(jù)和報(bào)告以及質(zhì)量控制手續(xù)和相關(guān)文件應(yīng)當(dāng)提交給業(yè)主復(fù)核。
壁板和屋頂?shù)耐繉討?yīng)當(dāng)至少能持續(xù)10年，投標(biāo)人應(yīng)當(dāng)對(duì)此在工程驗(yàn)收后向業(yè)主提供書面保證。
工程計(jì)算應(yīng)當(dāng)證明設(shè)計(jì)符合該規(guī)范要求。
4.4.3.23.4 定義
金屬壁板：圍住建筑的一面或者多個(gè)面的隔熱或者不隔熱的覆蓋物。若該壁板隔熱，其應(yīng)當(dāng)由外金屬板、隔熱層、次檁條以及內(nèi)金屬板（其也是壁板的組成部分）組成。如果壁板不是隔熱的，那么就僅是外金屬板而已。這兩種壁板都應(yīng)當(dāng)包含相關(guān)的扣件和其他相關(guān)組件。
金屬屋頂：建筑物屋頂?shù)母采w物，可以隔熱也可以不隔熱，并有與金屬壁板相同的扣件等其他相關(guān)組件（這與一般的用混凝土覆蓋的金屬鋪板和/或組合屋頂不同）。
如果屋頂是隔熱的，其組件應(yīng)當(dāng)包括外金屬板、隔熱層和內(nèi)金屬板。如果屋頂不是隔熱的，則僅由外金屬板組成。
金屬內(nèi)墻：建筑物內(nèi)部一面或者多面上的覆蓋物，可以隔熱也可以不隔熱，有與金屬壁板相同的扣件等其他相關(guān)組件（這與一般的預(yù)置金屬蓋板或其他類似結(jié)構(gòu)不同）。如果內(nèi)墻是隔熱的，則其應(yīng)當(dāng)包含兩層金屬板和一層隔熱的芯層，根據(jù)構(gòu)筑方式的不同，可能有次檁條也可能沒有次檁條。如果內(nèi)墻是不隔熱的，則其只由單層的金屬板裝配而成。
槽型防火金屬壁板：由多片用隔熱襯板、次檁條、石膏板和槽型延展金屬板組合的槽板組裝而成，用于業(yè)主指定需要有防火外層的地方。
4.4.3.23.1 SCOPE
This specification covers the requirements for metal siding, roofing and interior wall and shall include Bidder's designing, detailing, fabricating, furnishing, installing, inspecting and testing of the work and shall conform to the requirements of this specification and as shown on the drawing.
WORK INCLUDED
Designing detailing, fabricating, furnishing and installing metal siding and roofing, with ail penetration through the siding, walls and roofing.
Interior metal wall works.
Louvers, sunshades, and other appurtenances.
Detailing, fabricating, furnishing and installing all Rain Water Gutters, Flashing, fasteners and other material necessary to ensure a watertight construction.
Furnishing and insulation for siding and roofing and wall as required. Surface protection and painting.

4.4.3.23.3 QUALITY ASSURANCE/QUALITY CONTROL (QA/QC)
Bidder shall fully comply with the Project Quality Assurance/Quality Control Requirements. For submitting Quality Assurance/Quality Control Procedures and Documentation the provision of "Submittals" of this specification shall be applied.
4.4.3.23.4 SUBMITTALS
After the contract signed, the Bidder shall furnish complete and comprehensive data on materials specification regarding a component and accessories of his propose system for the Owner's approval.
Test data and report and the quality control procedures and documentation shallbe submitted to the Owner for review.
Written Warranty on siding & roofing coating for a minimum period of 10 (ten) years shall be submitted to the Owner's after acceptance of works.
Engineering calculation shall support the design in conformance with this specification.
4.4.3.23.5 DEFINITIONS
Metal Siding: Exterior enclosure of one or more sides of a structure, insulated or uninsulated. If the siding is insulated, it shall consist of exterior metal sheets, insulation, subgirts and interior Metal sheets (which are the siding components). If the siding is uninsulated, it shall consist of the single exterior metal sheets only. Both types of the siding shall also include all related fasteners and other accessories.
Metal Roofing. Exterior enclosure of the roof of a structure, insulated or uninsulated, constructed of the same components, fasteners and other accessories as for Metal siding (in contrast to metal decking covered with concrete and/or built-up roofing).
If the roofs are insulated, the components shall consist of exterior metal sheets with insulation underneath, and with interior Metal sheets. If roofs are uninsulated, components shall consist of the single exterior rnetai sheets only.
Metal Interior Wall: Enclosure of one or more sides of a space within a structure, insulated or uninsulated, constructed of the same components, fasteners and other accessories for metal siding (in contrast to prefabricated metal partitions or similar constructions). If walls are insulated, components shall consist of two metal sheets enclosing an insulation core, and with or without subgirts depending on the method of construction. If walls are uninsulated, components shall consist of an assembly of single metal sheets.

Fire Rated Insulated Fluted metal Siding: To be used where indicated and approved by the Owner and shall have its exterior fire rated which shall consist of field assembled panels utilizing a liner panel insulation, subgirts, gypsum board and fluted extension metal sheet.
