遮雨板防水測(cè)試翻譯-中英對(duì)照
在要求完全防水的各處都需要裝遮雨板。其鋼板的厚度應(yīng)當(dāng)不小于0.7毫米。套筒帶的周長(zhǎng)應(yīng)當(dāng)在15厘米到25厘米之間。
在壁板、屋頂以及內(nèi)墻的管道的穿插、套接、開(kāi)口等應(yīng)當(dāng)在投標(biāo)人的設(shè)計(jì)圖中展示出來(lái)，且應(yīng)當(dāng)合理設(shè)計(jì)，達(dá)到防風(fēng)、防雨、防塵的效果。
天窗
天窗應(yīng)當(dāng)符合在一般技術(shù)規(guī)范的“金屬薄板”和“金屬薄板涂層”兩部分中提到的要求。其所用到的材料、扣件以及涂層應(yīng)當(dāng)與技術(shù)規(guī)范中所規(guī)定的壁板材料的規(guī)格相同。
4.4.3.23.9 裝配
轉(zhuǎn)配應(yīng)當(dāng)嚴(yán)格按照廠家的程序步驟來(lái)。金屬和鋁應(yīng)當(dāng)時(shí)刻分開(kāi)以避免發(fā)生電鍍反應(yīng)。
4.4.3.23.10 在裝配過(guò)程中隔熱材料的保護(hù)
對(duì)于所有隔熱的構(gòu)筑，在裝配過(guò)程中保護(hù)其免受風(fēng)吹日曬等天氣的變化損害，減少隔熱材料吸水或者吸收其他潮濕的東西。
4.4.3.23.11 壁板、屋頂和內(nèi)墻的清潔
壁板、金屬屋頂和內(nèi)墻的所有暴露在外的部分應(yīng)當(dāng)無(wú)標(biāo)記、無(wú)灰塵、無(wú)污漬、無(wú)裂縫、無(wú)變色等。其在安裝的時(shí)候管道至少應(yīng)當(dāng)是干燥的。
壁板、金屬屋頂和內(nèi)墻的所有暴露在外的部分，在業(yè)主驗(yàn)收前其外觀首先應(yīng)當(dāng)令人滿意。
4.4.3.23.12 外觀存在缺陷的補(bǔ)救方法
外觀的缺陷包括缺口、抓痕、擦傷、凹陷、涂寫（handing）、erection、風(fēng)化等。投標(biāo)人對(duì)此的補(bǔ)救方法如下：
在原來(lái)的涂層上再次涂上一層或者多層相同材質(zhì)的有機(jī)瓷釉進(jìn)行修葺。修葺部分的厚度、外觀和色彩應(yīng)當(dāng)與原先的吻合。若修葺部分無(wú)法令業(yè)主滿意，則應(yīng)當(dāng)更換損壞的薄板或者零件。
4.4.3.23.13 檢查與檢測(cè)
除非另有規(guī)定，投標(biāo)人應(yīng)當(dāng)負(fù)責(zé)本規(guī)范中提到的所有檢查和檢測(cè)。業(yè)主在檢查或者檢測(cè)過(guò)程中，可以到投標(biāo)人的工廠或者施工地點(diǎn)察看投標(biāo)人的工作進(jìn)度。
涂層檢測(cè)
屋頂和墻面的外鋼板涂層應(yīng)當(dāng)符合下列標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，且試驗(yàn)結(jié)果應(yīng)當(dāng)由中立的檢測(cè)機(jī)構(gòu)證明，由其認(rèn)可。
以下的各個(gè)檢測(cè)結(jié)果均應(yīng)當(dāng)提交給雇主，與以下要求進(jìn)行核對(duì)。
色彩的變化和防止退色的性能
一個(gè)至少有兩個(gè)直接切下來(lái)的邊緣的樣本，經(jīng)過(guò)至少60天的加速耐候性試驗(yàn)和/或200.000蘭利的紫外線照射無(wú)破裂，起皮、起泡或脫落。最大的色彩變化，包括外部的污垢、塵土堆積，應(yīng)當(dāng)不超過(guò)每單位2nbs。
磨損——涂層的耐久性檢測(cè)
該試驗(yàn)中采用扁平試樣。檢測(cè)主要是依據(jù)ASTM的D-968-51（）的試驗(yàn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行的，其中指出，末端最先顯示的是基底金屬。在這個(gè)檢測(cè)中，涂層在顯露極地金屬之前應(yīng)需要能夠經(jīng)受至少200次粗沙的摩擦。
涂層整體性檢測(cè)
根據(jù)ASTM B-117-64號(hào)的試驗(yàn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，樣本至少需要在鹽霧試驗(yàn)中經(jīng)過(guò)1000個(gè)小時(shí)，還包括掛擦試驗(yàn)。從試驗(yàn)環(huán)境中移出來(lái)時(shí)，樣本應(yīng)當(dāng)沒(méi)有任何破裂、駁皮、起泡或者脫落。
耐污檢測(cè)
沒(méi)有任何保護(hù)邊緣的扁平試樣，將在克氏試驗(yàn)中循環(huán)30個(gè)周期，要求樣本沒(méi)有任何破裂、駁皮、起泡或者脫落的現(xiàn)象出現(xiàn)�？耸显囼�(yàn)是首先將樣品暴露在40攝氏度的溫度下8小時(shí)，樣品會(huì)被放置在相對(duì)潮濕的SO2和CO2氣體環(huán)境中，兩種污染氣體的濃度根據(jù)克氏試驗(yàn)的DIN50018號(hào)測(cè)試標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定。隨后又是16個(gè)小時(shí)的干燥時(shí)間，這才完成一次克氏試驗(yàn)的循環(huán)周期。
耐濕性測(cè)試
根據(jù)ASTM的D-2247-68號(hào)試驗(yàn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，樣品要在華氏100度的溫度下放置1000個(gè)小時(shí)，要求樣本沒(méi)有任何破裂、駁皮、起泡或者脫落的現(xiàn)象出現(xiàn)。
鏡面光潔度測(cè)試
根據(jù)ASTM的D-2247-68號(hào)試驗(yàn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，一個(gè)平面樣本會(huì)在60華氏度的溫度下進(jìn)行測(cè)試，等級(jí)會(huì)在10到15之間。
漆膜硬度檢測(cè)（ASTM第D3363號(hào)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)），應(yīng)當(dāng)至少能夠經(jīng)受住F鉛筆的推劃。
人工老化試驗(yàn)（ASTM第G23號(hào)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)），在陽(yáng)光射線下暴曬5000個(gè)小時(shí)，在8號(hào)的每次ASTM第D659試驗(yàn)的時(shí)候沒(méi)有脫落現(xiàn)象，且每經(jīng)過(guò)一次STM D224的試驗(yàn)退色不會(huì)超過(guò)5nbs，在凝露循環(huán)試驗(yàn)下循環(huán)60/60個(gè)周期。
可延展性測(cè)試（ASTM第D1737號(hào)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)）：能夠經(jīng)受1T到2T的彎曲。
光滑度測(cè)試（ASTM第523號(hào)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)）：在60度的光澤度計(jì)上有25-35%的反射率。
撞擊：當(dāng)如下測(cè)試結(jié)束后，涂層沒(méi)有脫落。
用一把鋒利的刀從涂層到金屬平行地刻下6道或者更多道口子，每條刻痕間隔1.5毫米。

WATER TESTING
The completed roofing and siding installation shall be such that absolutely no water shall leak through. The Employer reserves the right to conduct water leakage tests on installed roofing and siding at any time during the installation.
Should any leakage be discovered during such leakage test. The roofing and/or siding shall disassemble to the extent directed by the Employer and joints shall be resealed with specified sealant or tape, and the roofing, and/or siding reinstalled. Joints shall be sealed as directed by the Employer on all subsequent panels.
Warranty
The Bidder shall furnish the Owner, upon acceptance installation, a written warranty that fluorocarbon organic coating has been applied in accordance with licensee manufacturers process instructions and under normal conditions; and it shall meet the following standards for a minimum period of 10 years (the Bidder shall state the number of years warranty and also the number of times he will replace any defective panels without charges of any kind):
Will not chalk in excess of ASTM D659 No. 8 rating. Chalk rating shall be determined by the procedure outlined in ASTM D659.
Will not change colour more than 5 NBS units as determined in accordance with procedures set forth in ASTM D 2244, after removal of external deposits and chalk.
Will not crack, check or peel (lose adhesion).
