1.維護(hù)工作不要將油脂和氫氧氣接觸,以防油脂氧化自燃。
2.不在同一室內(nèi)同時(shí)排放氫氧氣體
3.置換工作必須徹底,防止死角殘留余氣發(fā)生意外傷害。
4.使用氣瓶必須使用相應(yīng)的減壓閥,開(kāi)放時(shí)操作者應(yīng)站在閥的側(cè)面,動(dòng)作要緩慢。
5.使用各類儀表儀器測(cè)量分析時(shí)應(yīng)注意儀表的極性和量程
6.電解槽抽配電解液時(shí)不得將電解液灑到槽體上,防止極間短路或爬電事故發(fā)生。
7.盡量減少用水沖洗電解槽
8.整流柜上的電位器操作時(shí)不宜過(guò)猛,應(yīng)緩慢調(diào)整以免損壞設(shè)備。
9.電解槽停機(jī)時(shí)應(yīng)采用自控系統(tǒng)排氣泄壓

第八章  污水處理
第一節(jié) 生活污水系統(tǒng)的概況
一.系統(tǒng)的組成:
該組合式污水處理設(shè)備分為二組,每組處理能力為5m3/h,每組設(shè)有獨(dú)立的預(yù)曝池、初沉池、接觸氧化池、二沉池、消毒池、過(guò)濾池、污泥池等,每組可單獨(dú)運(yùn)行也可二組同時(shí)運(yùn)

第二節(jié)  系統(tǒng)主要設(shè)備的技術(shù)要求
一.粗格柵片:
1.用途:用于攔截原污水中大顆粒雜物。
2.型號(hào):BGZ-500
3.設(shè)備寬度:0.5m;柵隙:10mm。
二.循環(huán)式齒耙清污機(jī):
1.用途:清污機(jī)用于去除原污水中大顆粒雜物。
2.型號(hào):XGC-500
3.設(shè)備寬度:0.5m;齒隙寬度:5mm
三.生活污水升壓水泵:
1.用途:提升生活污水。
2.水泵型號(hào):32YW8-12;水泵設(shè)計(jì)流量:Q=5m3/h;水泵設(shè)計(jì)揚(yáng)程:H=0.13MPa;電機(jī)功率:N=0.75kW;水泵出水口接有一路分支,以備事故狀態(tài)時(shí)將污水打入室外雨水管道。
四.污水預(yù)曝池:
1.污水經(jīng)調(diào)節(jié)池用液下泵提升至預(yù)曝池,在此進(jìn)行預(yù)曝氣。
2.污水停留時(shí)間:2h;曝氣量:4-6m3/m2.h;曝氣形式:ABS穿孔管。
五.初沉池:
1.污水經(jīng)預(yù)曝池自流入初沉池,在此預(yù)沉大顆粒物質(zhì)。
2.結(jié)構(gòu)型式:豎流式;表面負(fù)荷:2.5m3/m2.h;分離區(qū)上升分離沉淀時(shí)間:約1.25h。
六.兩級(jí)生物接觸氧化池:
1.停留時(shí)間:8h
2.氣水比: 15-18:1
3.填料類型及比表面積:半軟性填料,1390m2/m3
4.污泥負(fù)荷:0.02-0.10BOD/kgMLSS.d
5.內(nèi)懸浮物固體平均NW:6000-10000mg/l
6.容積負(fù)荷Fr:0.15-0.7kgBOD/m3.d
7.氣裝置類型及氧轉(zhuǎn)移率:膜式曝氣管/20-30%(詳見(jiàn)5.4.2.10)

七.二沉池:
1.生化處理后的污水流入沉淀池,進(jìn)行再次沉淀。
2.結(jié)構(gòu)型式:豎流式;表面負(fù)荷:1.2m3/m2.h;分離區(qū)上升分離沉淀時(shí)間:約2.45h;
二沉池活性污泥通過(guò)氣力提升至初沉池,提高初沉效果。
2) Sodium pyrosulfite protection:
Flush the system with 1%-1.5% sodium pyrosulfite solution; when flushing process of 1.0% sodium pyrosulfite sodium is finished, close all gate of inlet and

outlet passage. Check the pH value of protection fluid every week; when pH<3 or used more than one month replaces the protection fluid.
c. Under the normal condition, the downtime of hyperfiltration device shall not more than 72 hours; flush the device every day during the downtime period;

the flush time is about 15-20 minute.
d. During the downtime of hyperfiltration device, the environment temperature shall not be lower than 5℃ for preventing solution freeze in the pressure

vessel; and the environment temperature shall not be higher than45℃ as well to avoid the degeneration acceleration of membrane.

8. Operation of mixing bed:
1. Commissioning of mixing bed:
Open the water gate and air valve; open the front discharging gate while there has water inside the air gate; open the water gate when the quality of flow

out water is qualified; close the front discharging gate; mixing bed is operated in a normal condition.
2. Regeneration of mixing bed:
⑴.Condition of mixing bed decommissioning:
a. Cycling water production volume reached preset value
b. Conductivity of mixing bed outlet (on-line monitor) ≥0.2us/cm
c. Silicon dioxide content of mixing bed outlet (on-line monitor) ≥20ug/l
⑵. Regeneration procedure of mixing bed: backwashes layers, sedimentation, water discharging, pilot injection, feeding the regeneration fluid, replacement,

cleaning, water discharging, mixing, feeding and direct flushing.
