第6（6）條規(guī)定就任何業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)出商業(yè)登記證或分行登記證，不得當(dāng)作隱含一下意思：有開(kāi)該業(yè)務(wù)或經(jīng)營(yíng)該業(yè)務(wù)的人或授權(quán)于該業(yè)務(wù)的雇員的任何法律規(guī)定已獲遵從。
The business registration certificate or branch registration certificate as specified in Article 6（6）shall not be treated as implication meaning. The personal related with the business or engaged in the business or the authorized employee shall observe the relevant law and regulations.
第7（2）條規(guī)定任何經(jīng)營(yíng)業(yè)務(wù)人士，倘在現(xiàn)有商業(yè)登記證期滿(mǎn)后未有收到繳款通知書(shū)，須于1個(gè)月內(nèi)以書(shū)面通知稅務(wù)局局長(zhǎng)。
As for the business personnel as specified in Article 7（2）, it is required to submit the notification document in write to the director of tax bureau within one month if it is fail to receive demand note after expiration of commercial registration certificate.
第8條規(guī)定凡申請(qǐng)登記表格內(nèi)所列業(yè)務(wù)詳情有任何變更時(shí)或凡某項(xiàng)業(yè)務(wù)經(jīng)已結(jié)束，任何經(jīng)營(yíng)有關(guān)業(yè)務(wù)的人或任何在結(jié)束前經(jīng)營(yíng)該項(xiàng)業(yè)務(wù)的人須于該變更發(fā)生時(shí)或該項(xiàng)業(yè)務(wù)結(jié)束時(shí)起計(jì)1個(gè)月內(nèi)，以書(shū)面通知局長(zhǎng)。
As for the details item of business application form which has change or the business is terminated as specified in Article 8, any personnel engaged in the business or any personnel engaged in the business before the termination of the business shall inform in write to the director of tax bureau within one month when it has change or the business is terminated.
第12條規(guī)定各業(yè)務(wù)須將其有效的商業(yè)登記證或有效的分行登記證于每一營(yíng)業(yè)地點(diǎn)展示。
The business as specified in Article 12 shall display the valid commercial registration or valid branch registration in each location of business.
第15（1）條規(guī)定對(duì)觸犯本條例者可施行的罰則，包括罰款$5000及監(jiān)禁1年。
The article 15 (1) stipulates the punishment for those who have violated this article, including pay fine of 5000$ and sentence to 1 year imprisonment
第21條規(guī)定須將收取繳費(fèi)所得的全部款項(xiàng)撥付破產(chǎn)欠薪保障基金。
