工地現(xiàn)場(chǎng)維護(hù)服務(wù)工作-中英版
維護(hù)人員須配合工地現(xiàn)場(chǎng)條件完成所有的維護(hù)服務(wù)工作。使用的主要導(dǎo)體和槽絕緣必須不吸潮且符合BS 2757的B類(lèi)材
料的規(guī)定。
如果任何本合同提供的電機(jī)安裝在戶外，電機(jī)必須不受氣候影響。如有必要，采用獲準(zhǔn)的天棚設(shè)計(jì)，防止因陽(yáng)光照射
導(dǎo)致的電機(jī)過(guò)熱。
電機(jī)應(yīng)能在每秒48至51轉(zhuǎn)之間的額定輸出頻率及標(biāo)準(zhǔn)電壓值10%的幅動(dòng)范圍內(nèi)，連續(xù)不停地工作。在低于標(biāo)準(zhǔn)電壓25%
時(shí)，電機(jī)的連續(xù)工作時(shí)間不少于5分鐘，且沒(méi)有危害性的過(guò)熱現(xiàn)象產(chǎn)生。如果工程師要求，承包商必須證明電動(dòng)機(jī)符合
該項(xiàng)要求。
每臺(tái)電機(jī)必須配備可調(diào)節(jié)過(guò)熱電流和短路保護(hù)裝置對(duì)電機(jī)進(jìn)行保護(hù)。
全壓?jiǎn)?dòng)電流不超過(guò)滿載電流的6倍。
馬達(dá)承軸應(yīng)為轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)型，鋼珠或者滾柱的外殼不可與轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)部件發(fā)生接觸。垂直軸電機(jī)允許使用推力軸承。

5.3. 啟動(dòng)裝置和接觸器
在本合同范圍提供的啟動(dòng)裝置，根據(jù)需要，每臺(tái)電動(dòng)機(jī)裝有2 到3 根控制桿用具，除非另作說(shuō)明，使用直流電啟動(dòng)。
接觸器安裝在通風(fēng)的金屬開(kāi)關(guān)柜上。如在同一金屬開(kāi)關(guān)柜中包含兩個(gè)或多個(gè)接觸器，必須使用屏障將其隔開(kāi)。開(kāi)關(guān)柜
必須配備完善的鎖定裝置，電纜密封板及附件。所有二次回路都必須如是安排，并采取保護(hù)措施以至防止電弧損壞。
啟動(dòng)裝置必須屬于電力內(nèi)置型，在外部門(mén)上裝備有“啟動(dòng)”和“停止”按鈕，同時(shí)裝備有連鎖切斷開(kāi)關(guān)。如有需要，在遠(yuǎn)
程儀表板的輔助開(kāi)關(guān)上安裝必須“紅”和“綠”指示燈。所有連接與兩相間的直流接觸器線圈應(yīng)能在400 V電壓下正常工作
。

斷路器的多個(gè)配電裝置間隔或者多箱工廠組裝型式，連接空氣斷路器，手工操作的微型斷路器裝置和隔離開(kāi)關(guān)裝置，
在變電站房屋內(nèi)，安裝400 V，三相，4 線路，50Hz赫茲系統(tǒng)，[配備有不帶電的牢固地接。
1) 額定功率
全部配電板接入供應(yīng)必須對(duì)電路斷路器進(jìn)行保護(hù)。
全部配電板必須適合電路斷路器預(yù)期的額定功率容量，在415 V時(shí)不少于40 kA。
2) 溫度的升高
配電板能承受連續(xù)電流，而不超過(guò)在IEC 標(biāo)準(zhǔn)里給定的最高溫度。
3) 匯流排
配電板包括三相匯流排和一個(gè)銅高導(dǎo)材料不帶電的匯流排，承受全部正常和錯(cuò)誤狀態(tài)的應(yīng)激。
不帶電匯流排的額定功率不低于相關(guān)相性的匯流排。主要線路設(shè)備3相匯流排的額定功率不低于400 A，3相饋線電路設(shè)
備的額定功率不低于100 A。
4) 施工
每個(gè)配電板在水平方向安裝有鋼結(jié)構(gòu)匯流排箱，安裝高度必須方便開(kāi)關(guān)操作。配電板的類(lèi)型，必須在熱帶氣候區(qū)容易

5.3. Start device
