吊具

吊具功能（伸長(zhǎng)/縮短、旋鎖開(kāi)啟/關(guān)閉、頂銷開(kāi)啟/關(guān)閉）由液壓操作。所需要的液壓動(dòng)力由位于吊具上架上的電動(dòng)液壓動(dòng)力單元產(chǎn)生。

糾偏

正常集裝箱模式（A）與縱向（B）均可實(shí)現(xiàn)起重機(jī)糾偏。糾偏方向由司機(jī)室控制。

 

所需要的液壓動(dòng)力由位于兩道鞍梁上的兩套電動(dòng)液壓動(dòng)力單元產(chǎn)生。

集裝箱方向的糾偏通過(guò)在司機(jī)座椅左側(cè)操作臺(tái)開(kāi)關(guān)上調(diào)節(jié)驅(qū)動(dòng)電動(dòng)機(jī)的速度來(lái)控制。（糾偏按扭7）

小車與司機(jī)室

小車在位于主橫梁上面的軌道上行走。司機(jī)室安裝在小車上，且為司機(jī)行走整個(gè)工作區(qū)域提供了良好的視線。

照明

工作區(qū)域的照明由若干盞防水泛光燈實(shí)施，可提供地面光照度一致的充分照明。

動(dòng)力房

動(dòng)力單元安裝在前鞍梁下，或根據(jù)客戶選擇，對(duì)于短基距的輪胎式集裝箱龍門起重機(jī)，也可安裝在前底梁上。動(dòng)力單元包括主柴油發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)、主發(fā)電機(jī)（根據(jù)選擇，可提供輔助發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)與輔助發(fā)電機(jī)），以及產(chǎn)生起重機(jī)運(yùn)行所需要的電力的相關(guān)附件。

燃料箱位于前鞍梁內(nèi)，動(dòng)力單元上方。

電氣房

電氣設(shè)備房安裝于前鞍梁上方，或根據(jù)客戶選擇，對(duì)于短基距的輪胎式集裝箱龍門起重機(jī)，也可安裝在后鞍梁上方。其包括電力驅(qū)動(dòng)的大部分電氣設(shè)備。這個(gè)地方（刪除線：可供選擇）裝有空調(diào)。

警示裝置

Karlmar輪胎式集裝箱龍門起重機(jī)配備聲音報(bào)警裝置與閃光信號(hào)燈，這些裝置在起重機(jī)移動(dòng)時(shí)開(kāi)啟。另，司機(jī)可在司機(jī)室控制喇叭。

可供選擇的設(shè)備

輪胎式集裝箱龍門起重機(jī)可配備全套可選擇系統(tǒng)，具體見(jiàn)下文“可供選擇的設(shè)備”篇。
Spreader
Spreaderfunctions(lenghtening/shortening, twist- -locksopen/close, lockpinsopen/close)are
hydraulically operated. The required hydraulic power is produced by the electro--hydraulic
power unit located on the head block.
Steering
Steering of the crane is possible both in normal container mode (A) and longitudinal (B)
direction. Steering direction is controlled from the cabin.
Required hydraulic power is produced by two electro--hydraulic power units located on both
sill beams.
Steering in container direction is controlled by adjusting the speed of drive motors with left
controller’s switch panel. (Steering button 7).
Trolley and cabin
The trolleytravelsonrailsontopofmaincrossbeams.Cabinismountedontrolleyandprovides
excellent visibility to the operator across the whole working area.
Cabin is optionally equipped with air conditioning.

Lighting
The illumination of working area is executed with number of weatherproof floodlights which
provide a sufficient uniform light density at the ground level.
Power Units
Thepowerunitassemblyisfittedbelowthefrontsillbeamoroptionallyabovethefrontsillbeam
in short wheelbase RTG. Powerunit consistsof maindieselengine,main generator(optionally
also auxiliary engine and --generator) and related accessories to produce electric power for
functions.
Fuel tank is located inside the front sill beam, above the power unit.
EE- -House
Electricequipmenthouseisfittedabovethefrontsillbeamoroptionallyabovetherearsillbeam
inshortwheelbaseRTG.Itincludesmostoftheelectricequipmentfortheelectricaldrives.This
space is (strikethrough:optionally) equipped with air conditioning.
Warning Devices
The Kalmar RTG is equipped with sound alarm devices and flasher beacons, which are
functioningwhenthecraneismoving. Additionalhorn iscontrolled bythe operatorin thecabin.
