8001Scope of Works工作范圍

The scope of work for electrical and mechanical work under the Lusaka Water Supply, Sanitation and Drainage (LWSSD) Project in the Republic of Zambia, required under this contract includes but is not limited to the following: 本合同項下，贊比亞共和國盧薩卡供水、衛(wèi)生和排水（LWSSD）項目的電氣和機(jī)械工作范圍，包括但不限于以下要求：

Kwamwena Township Kwamwena鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)

1. Supply of LV power from the existing 11 kV lines to five borehole sites and one tank site, complete with transformers以現(xiàn)有的11千伏線路，對五個鉆井工地和一個油罐提供低壓電力，包括變壓器設(shè)備；
2. Equipping of five boreholes with pumps and starter panels, including cabling; 裝備5孔鉆井裝備、泵設(shè)備和起動盤設(shè)備，包括相關(guān)電纜;

8003General and Particular Specifications一般及特定規(guī)范

These Particular Specifications are to be read in conjunction with the General Specifications (Chapter 8a). 本文件的特定規(guī)范應(yīng)配合一般規(guī)范（第8A章節(jié)）一并釋讀。

Specific technical data and ratings of the above-mentioned equipment are provided under the Particular Specifications. General requirements and standards are stated under the General Specifications. 在特定規(guī)范中，提供有具體的技術(shù)數(shù)據(jù)和上述設(shè)備的評級說明。一般性要求和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)在一般規(guī)范中都予以明確說明。

Both the General and the Particular Specifications shall be conformed to in the bids and during the implementation of the works. In case of a difference, the Particular Specifications will take preference over the General Specifications.

8004Standard Specifications Reference Numbers (SSRN)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)格參考號（SSRN）

The Standard Specifications reference Numbers (SSRN) is a list compiled to provide cross-reference of international standards. In these specifications, the standards required are given by an SSRN, which indicates all the known standards for the particular item of equipment, etc. An SSRN list is provided in Chapter 10. 標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)格的參考號（SSRN）為國際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的交叉索引列表。在這些規(guī)范中，所有的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)都標(biāo)注有一個SSRN編號，通過該編號可標(biāo)示所有已知特定項的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)設(shè)備，等等。SSRN列表在第10章提供詳述。

Schedules of Particulars for mechanical and electrical equipment are provided at the end of these specifications. 規(guī)范的末尾提供有機(jī)械和電氣設(shè)備的詳情目錄。

The Bidder shall complete these schedules with full details of the equipment and materials proposed and submit them in his bid. 投標(biāo)人應(yīng)制定出設(shè)備和材料的詳細(xì)目錄，并在投標(biāo)時提交。

Bids without these details shall be rejected as unresponsive. 在投標(biāo)時如沒有上述文件，拒絕其進(jìn)行投標(biāo)。

A      General一般

The main electrical and mechanical plant for this contract consists of transformers, LV switchboards and motor control centres (MCC), borehole pumps and chlorine motive power pumps.. All this equipment shall be provided complete with the appropriate motors where applicable and other related electrical installations and controls. 該合同的主要機(jī)電設(shè)備由變壓器、低壓配電和電動機(jī)控制中心（任務(wù)控制中心）、深井泵和氯動力泵組成。上述所有設(shè)備應(yīng)提供完整，適當(dāng)及適用的電機(jī)設(shè)備，包括其它相關(guān)電氣設(shè)備和控制裝置。

Pump motors shall be in particular rated in conformity to the specifications provided herein and in the relevant Clauses of the General Specifications. The Contractor shall execute the design, manufacture, works testing, packing, delivery to site, installation, testing and commissioning of the mechanical and electrical plant as specified. 泵電動機(jī)應(yīng)特別予以重視，要求符合本文所提供的規(guī)格，同時符合一般規(guī)格的相關(guān)條款。承包商應(yīng)按照規(guī)定要求，嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行機(jī)電設(shè)備的設(shè)計、制造、工作測試、包裝、運(yùn)送到現(xiàn)場、安裝、測試及調(diào)試流程。

Each pump set shall be supplied and installed complete with all associated motor, pipe work, cables, control boards; starters and switchgear to the limit of the Contract as described in these Technical Specifications and shown on the Drawings. The pump duties required for the surface (vertical) and submersible pumps shall be as stated for the pumps under each category. 每個泵設(shè)備的提供和安裝應(yīng)包括設(shè)備的相關(guān)電機(jī)、管道工程、電纜、控制電路板等子部件。要求在技術(shù)規(guī)范和圖紙上顯示合同中關(guān)于起動器和開關(guān)設(shè)備的相關(guān)描述。關(guān)于表面（垂直）和潛水泵所需的泵流量，應(yīng)符合各類泵設(shè)備相關(guān)描述。
