校內(nèi)合作
飲水思源，回饋社會(huì)。學(xué)院積極與校內(nèi)院系和部處合作，在與交大法學(xué)院成功合作舉辦“企事業(yè)高管法務(wù)研習(xí)班”的基礎(chǔ)上，又與校學(xué)指委合作，舉辦“2009年上海交通大學(xué)思政教師暑期心理學(xué)培訓(xùn)班”；并動(dòng)員100家企業(yè)為交大畢業(yè)生提供超過(guò)千個(gè)就業(yè)崗位，選拔19名有豐富閱歷和職場(chǎng)經(jīng)驗(yàn)的校友擔(dān)任職業(yè)生涯導(dǎo)師，為需要幫助的畢業(yè)生提供一對(duì)一的就業(yè)輔導(dǎo)，除此之外，在研究生院支持下，與電子信息學(xué)院自動(dòng)控制系合作開(kāi)設(shè)了工程碩士專業(yè)學(xué)位班；還與電子信息學(xué)院共同承接“信息與自動(dòng)化控制”援外培訓(xùn)班，與外國(guó)語(yǔ)學(xué)院合作為“上海大眾”錄用的2011屆交大畢業(yè)生提供德語(yǔ)培訓(xùn)項(xiàng)目等等。
Campus Cooperation
When drinking water think of its source, so it is necessary for the Overseas Education College to render the society. The college actively cooperates with schools and departments. On the basis of a successful “Legal Affairs Seminar for Senior Executives of Enterprises and Public Institutions” cooperated with the School of Law of Jiao Tong University, it held a “2009 Summer Psychology Training Class by Ideology and Politics Teachers of Shanghai Jiao Tong University” with Student Management Advisory Committee, mobilizes 100 enterprises to provide more than one thousand jobs for graduates and selects 19 alumni with rich career experience as career mentors to help graduates to offer one to one employment counseling. In addition, under the support of the Graduate School, it works together with Automatic Control Department of the School of Electronic Information to set up a Master of Engineering degree class, jointly undertake a foreign aid training class of “Information and Automation and Control” with the School of Electronic Information, and collaborates with the School of Foreign Languages so as to supply German training programs to graduates of 2011 employed by “Shanghai Volkswagen” and so on.
和諧家園
和諧友愛(ài)，溫馨洋溢是交大海外的主色調(diào)。每月，學(xué)院會(huì)舉行“集體生日Party”，大家集體為當(dāng)月生日的員工開(kāi)一個(gè)歡欣的生日PARTY;七月，學(xué)院舉辦“七月院慶歌會(huì)”，每個(gè)部門精心選歌練歌賽歌；春節(jié)，學(xué)院則組織一年一度的“我們的春晚”大聯(lián)歡，全體員工歡聚一堂，笑聲與歌聲齊飛，祝福與憧憬同享。此外，“我與學(xué)院”征文大獎(jiǎng)賽、“5•12”捐贈(zèng)活動(dòng)等等形式多樣的活動(dòng)源源不斷形成了一股強(qiáng)大的凝聚力和向心力。交大海外，是一所溫馨的成長(zhǎng)家園。
Harmony homeland
Harmonious, friendly and filled with warm are the main theme colors of Jiaotong University overseas. Each month, the College will hold a “collective birthday Party” for those who have their birthdays in the same month together. In July, the college hold “College Anniversary Song Contest of July”, each department carefully select and practice their songs and then have a match. In Spring Festival, the college is to organize the annual “Spring Festival” gala. All the staffs get together with smile and happy songs, look forward to the future and share the blessings each other. In addition, “My College” essay prize-giving competition, “5 • 12 earthquake” donation and a variety of activities formed a steady stream of strong cohesiveness and solidarity. Jiaotong University Overseas, what a warm and fragrant homeland to grow up.

學(xué)院落實(shí)“選擇交大就是選擇責(zé)任”的理念，構(gòu)建了責(zé)任為核心價(jià)值觀、創(chuàng)新和創(chuàng)業(yè)為鮮明特色的海外教育學(xué)院文化。海外學(xué)院的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力是“人”，是一支由一百多位認(rèn)同學(xué)院文化、富有使命感、高素質(zhì)、抗壓能力強(qiáng)、經(jīng)得起挫折的員工隊(duì)伍，特別是堅(jiān)強(qiáng)、團(tuán)結(jié)的骨干團(tuán)隊(duì)。
Chairman’s words
College implemented the ideal of “choice of Jiaotong University is the choice of responsibility”, formulate core values of responsibility, and build overseas education culture with innovation and entrepreneurship as the distinct characteristics. The core competitiveness of the college is “people”, which is a faculty of more than 100 mission sense, high-quality, strong pressure and frustration suffering people who are approval of school culture and they are backbone team of adamant and cohesion.

至2013年，把海外學(xué)院建設(shè)成為全國(guó)領(lǐng)先的繼續(xù)教育品牌；至2020年，把海外學(xué)院建設(shè)成為具備國(guó)際影響力的繼續(xù)教育學(xué)院，為交大創(chuàng)建世界一流大學(xué)戰(zhàn)略服務(wù)的“兩步走”的戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)
Good wishes
By 2013, the overseas college shall be build as a national leader among continuing education brands; by 2020, the overseas college shall be developed into a continuing education college of great international influence to create the "two-step" strategic objective which serves for the goal of building the world-class university.
