施工條件驗(yàn)收標(biāo)準(zhǔn)翻譯-中英對(duì)照
a. 投標(biāo)商必須保護(hù)現(xiàn)有設(shè)備和表面，不得有影響涂裝作業(yè)的沉淀物、灰塵和其它影響涂裝作業(yè)的不利因素。
b. 涂層必須在設(shè)備安裝完工后或按照業(yè)主的要求進(jìn)行涂裝。
質(zhì)量管理和保證
a. 涂層系統(tǒng)材料的應(yīng)用必須相符涂層制造商提供的關(guān)于涂裝表面的備制、材料混合、材料應(yīng)用、固化和修理標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
b. 材料信息.
c.符合涂裝制造商要求的涂層系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用、固化和檢測(cè)的文檔必須提交給業(yè)主。
d. 投標(biāo)商要求進(jìn)行管溝表面的電火花試驗(yàn)的電壓標(biāo)準(zhǔn)文件必須提交給業(yè)主。
驗(yàn)收標(biāo)準(zhǔn)
表面涂層系統(tǒng)在業(yè)主驗(yàn)收之前必須符合下列標(biāo)準(zhǔn).
a. 地板表面必須分配均勻防滑；
b. 管溝表面必須光滑；
c. 表面必須沒有起泡、脫層、裂縫以及裂縫；
d. 涂層系統(tǒng)必須符合業(yè)主要求的最小和最大薄膜厚度要求；
e. 表面的質(zhì)地、顏色和外觀必須統(tǒng)一；
4.4.3.24.7砌筑作業(yè)
總則
砌筑施工包括磚料或混凝土蜂窩砌塊的砌筑施工；按照工作要求全部相關(guān)的強(qiáng)化支架、錨固、聯(lián)結(jié)和防水層的施工作業(yè)。
材料
紅磚
磚材必須使用印度尼西亞I型：125毫米x75毫米x250毫米尺寸，并且獲得當(dāng)?shù)刂圃焐痰呐鷾?zhǔn)，并符合印度尼西亞N.I. 10標(biāo)準(zhǔn) Bangunan Bahan sebagai Merah的各項(xiàng)規(guī)定。
磚材必須燒制完好，不得有較深或者較大的裂縫，邊緣和角落沒有損壞，卵石和石灰顆粒的影響。在進(jìn)行切面檢查時(shí)，必須顯現(xiàn)相同的質(zhì)地。
混凝土空心砌塊
混凝土空心砌塊必須符合JISA 5406或者類似業(yè)主批準(zhǔn)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
尺寸： 390 x 190 x 150 390x 190x 100
混凝土的空心砌筑必須沒有嚴(yán)重變形、裂縫或者缺陷。
凝土空心砌筑中使用的水泥、沙料和骨料必須是“混凝土施工”中指定的材料。砌筑中的粗骨料的尺寸不得大于空心砌筑最窄寬度的5 分之1(1/5)。
配套的薄瓷磚
瓷磚的大小大約為200毫米x 250毫米x 6毫米、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)質(zhì)量、采用隔開式包裝的釉膜瓷磚。
業(yè)主要求顏色和圖案.
應(yīng)用范圍：
a. 洗手間 全部墻壁
b. 浴室 墻壁1.75米
c. 廚房 全部墻壁
砌筑灰漿
灰漿必須符合ASTM C270的適用要求，最小抗壓強(qiáng)度為176 千克/厘米2，使用期限為28日；由下列材料組成：
a. 沙料：符合ASTM C144標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，只允許使用沖積的天然砂料；
b. 石灰：
b1 生石灰： ASTM C5
b2 熟石灰： ASTM C207， S型
c. 波蘭水泥：ASTM C150，I型
d. 混合水： ASTM C270
使用下列任何一個(gè)混合方式(以體積計(jì))作為最佳配合工作，要求產(chǎn)生最佳的工藝品質(zhì)。
a. 波蘭水泥石灰沙混合
a.1波蘭水泥或者批準(zhǔn)的類似的材料
I型 一部分
a.2熟石灰，S型或者石灰
油灰填塞 不少于1/2部分也不多于 1-1/3部分
a.3砌筑沙料 水泥和石灰的體積總數(shù)的2-1/4到3倍。

混合
根據(jù)ASTM C270要求使用機(jī)械式分批混和器.
加固、聯(lián)結(jié)和錨固，
連續(xù)的配筋接合(雙倍的半磚隔墻)
a. 鋼材、重型的或者特別沉重的連續(xù)桁架類型、加工后的熱鍍鋅必須符合ASTM A82標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
b. 聯(lián)結(jié)寬度：比砌筑總厚度少5厘米。
尖軌連接桿錨固
a．型號(hào)
可調(diào)整尖軌連接桿；可在與鋼架焊接連接桿錨固裝置上滑動(dòng)，或者在連接桿上滑動(dòng)，或者與楔形榫錨固槽緊密的連接，或者與混凝土或砌筑背襯錨接。
d. The Bidder shall include all cutting and fitting tiles to abutments and protecting floor tiles after lying. The tiles shall be polished, washed and left
clean on completion.

a. Office areas
b. Kitchen and dining areas
c. Hallways and stair landings
d. Other areas unless otherwise indicated.
UN-GLAZED TILES
Requirements
a. Glazed tiles shall be prime quality and the tile color, size and pattern
shall be approved by the Owner.
b. The tiles shall be installed per Clause 'Ceramic Tile1
Uses
a. Toilet
b. Shower rooms
c. Locker areas
CHEMICAL RESISTANT SPECIAL COATING WORK Scope
a. The Bidder shall arrange for the services of a qualified special
coatings manufacturer to provide coating system(s) for the areas and
under the conditions specified. Such systems(s) shall be guaranteed
by the Bidder for the period of time and to the extent herein specified.
b. The areas involved are indicated on the approved drawings including
concrete surfaces of floors, trenches, curbs and embedded steel
items etc. in the following structures:
b.1 Water Treatment Plant.
b.2 Waste Water Treatment Plant.
b.3 Chlorination Plant.
c. The work Includes the selection of the total coating systems,
preparation of substrate surfaces, priming, coating application,
preparation of each coating to accept next coating, for a multi-coating

application and treatment of the finish surface. The Bidder shall propose the coating material for the approval. Epoxy coating similar to Master-top is
recommended for b.1 and b.2 and flak line or approved equal shall be used for b.3. The Owner will select the color of the coating.
Documentation to be Submitted
The Bidder shall submit the following minimal documents for the Owner's review before selection of a coating:
a. Generic description and identification numbers of proposed materials,
recommended dry film thickness of each coating, application and
color if different for each area.
b. Preparation procedures for concrete and steel, application
procedures including, but not limited to sketches of corner, concrete
crack, drain, curb, equipment base, joint treatment and curing
methods.
c. Ambient environmental and safety conditions required, prior to,
during and after application until curing is completed.
d. Test and experience data indicating proposed system's past success
in performing under similar conditions.
e. Detailed repair procedures.
Warranty
a. The Bidder shall guarantee the coating system(s) provided, for a
period of five years following the commercial operation.
b. This guarantee shall cover any failure of the coating system(s)
relative to abrasion, cracking, blistering, delaminating and
discontinuities which occur during exposure to the service conditions
specified in "Chemical Resistant Special Coating Work".
c. Upon notice by the Owner of any failures the Bidder shall promptly
visit the site, examine the failure and advise the methods of repairs,
time when repair can be made and environmental conditions required
for repairing the failure.
d. Repairs under the guarantee shall be at no cost to the Owner and
shall be performed promptly at the Owner's convenience.
e. Such repair or removal and replacement shall be guaranteed for the
remaining time of the original guarantee.

f. If desired the Bidder will be allowed to periodically inspect the coating system as to continuation of specified service conditions and possible signs of
imminent failure.
Service and Surface Conditions
a. Chemical exposures
a.1 Floor surfaces shall be considered as subject to "splash and spillage", trenches shall be considered as totally immersible areas, with trenches immersed
50 percent of the time. These conditions will prevail throughout the estimated service life of the coating system(s).
a.2 Coated areas may be exposed to either acidic or caustic conditions based on the worst possible combinations of the fluids as determined by the Bidder.
b. Abrasion exposure
b.1 Floor Surfaces: Constant foot traffic, occasional rubber wheeled fork lift traffic, empty and loaded.
b.2 Trenches: Slow flow of effluent.
c. Temperature
c.1 Floor Surface: Operating temperature range varies from 20°C to 50°C.
c.2 Trenches and Sump Surfaces: Operating temperature range, 20°C to 50°C; temperature shock as determined by the Bidder for the effluent.
d. Existing Conditions of Surfaces.
d.1 Concrete Cracks: Concrete surfaces may have shrinkage cracks, the coating system shall accommodate, without cracking (failure) a 0.2-5 mm in width movement of the existing cracks and the occurrence of new cracks in the concrete.
d.2 Concrete finish shall have a minimum age of 30 days prior to the application of the coating. Concrete shall be made using type II cement and shall have minimum of 250-kg/cm2 compressive strength at 28 days.
d.3 Steel Surfaces may or may not have shop applied prime coats.
