排水和通氣管必須根據(jù)JIS B2301規(guī)定使用延伸性的鑄鐵裝置連接。螺紋型排水管接頭必須符合JIS B2303規(guī)定；硬質(zhì)PVC管接頭必須符合JIS K6739規(guī)定。
c. 閘閥
c1.公稱直徑為50毫米或者小于50毫米的閘閥必須使用青銅帶有螺紋端口，要求符合B2023 JIS 規(guī)定并符合10千克/2厘米。
c2. 公稱直徑為65毫米或者大于65毫米的閘閥必須使用鑄鐵材料帶有外螺紋型端口要求符合B2023 JIS 規(guī)定并符合10千克/2厘米。
d. 單向閥
公稱直徑為50毫米或者小于50毫米的單向閥的閘閥必須使用青銅帶有轉(zhuǎn)動型端口，要求符合B2023 JIS 規(guī)定并符合10千克/2厘米。
公稱直徑為65毫米或者小于65毫米的單向閥的閘閥必須使用青銅帶有轉(zhuǎn)動型端口，要求符合B2023 JIS 規(guī)定并符合10千克/2厘米。
e. 自動排氣閥(氣動調(diào)壓閥)
自動排氣閥必須采用浮子式帶有自動排氣功能，并且必須準(zhǔn)確.閥門的設(shè)計(jì)必須能承受最大工作壓力。
f．球形旋塞
球形旋塞的主要部分必須由青銅制成，并采用銅焊連接到一塊薄銅板。如果球體的公稱直徑為50毫米或者小于50毫米，球形旋塞必須采用螺紋類型，如果球體的公稱直徑為65毫米或者小于65毫米，球形旋塞必須采用凸緣類型；
球形旋塞的設(shè)計(jì)必須在引起水錘迅速啟動或者關(guān)閉保持準(zhǔn)確。
g. 柔性接頭
柔性接頭采用折箱式，在壓力條件下有有足夠的靈活性和抗壓性. 折箱和保護(hù)鋼帶必須符合JIS G4305規(guī)定使用冷軋不銹鋼鋼板/鋼條。
柔性接頭長度為400毫米
h.濾網(wǎng)
濾網(wǎng)必須為Y型. 如果濾網(wǎng)的公稱直徑為50毫米或者小于50毫米，濾網(wǎng)必須采用螺紋型使用青銅材料，如果濾網(wǎng)的公稱直徑為65毫米或者小于65毫米，濾網(wǎng)必須采用凸緣類型使用鑄鐵材料。
i.管材墊圈
管材墊圈使用鎳鉻材料帶黃銅或者不銹鋼鍍層。
j.管道套管
管道套管必須為0.4毫米或者大于0.4毫米厚的鋼管或者鋼板制成(當(dāng)公稱直徑超過200毫米采用0.7毫米厚的鋼管或者鋼板)。不過，室內(nèi)使用的非防水性地板的管道套管必須采用疊層板材料。
k.管道支撐裝置
k1. 管道支撐裝置必須能對管材的收縮、擴(kuò)張和滾動具有防護(hù)作用，同時對管材在承裝流體的時候具有足夠承載力.使用的材料必須符合JIS G3101(一般的結(jié)構(gòu)使用軋鋼)規(guī)定。
全部鋼結(jié)構(gòu)必須進(jìn)行電鍍；
k2. 插入物必須有足夠的強(qiáng)度支撐管材，必須適合連結(jié)吊架等結(jié)構(gòu)的施工，全部插入物必須采用鑄鐵，延伸性鑄鐵或者鋼板壓制而成。

密封帶的線材必須符合JIS K6885規(guī)定(未燒結(jié)的聚四氟乙烯密封帶(原始帶))，對人體有害。
膏質(zhì)密封劑不得受管材內(nèi)流體的影響，使用成分必須符合要求，如密封管材用于飲用水，不得對人體造成傷害。

FINISH WORK
Finish woodwork shall be installed plumb and level, straight and true and shall be carefully fitted and scribed (so as not to mar or damage wood surfaces to adjacent materials.
All exposed surfaces shall have a fine smooth finish and shall be free from machine or tool marks, abrasions, raised gain or other imperfections. Any imperfections found on completion of work shall be corrected, at the Bidder's expense, to the complete satisfaction of the Owner.

GENERAL
This shall include Bidder's furnishing and installing complete kitchen units and lockers as indicated on the general arrangement drawings.
KITCHEN UNIT
The unit shall include but not be limited to the following including all accessories:
• Electric range with two burners.
• Electric refrigerator.
• Double stainless steel sinks and countertop.
• Upper cabinets.

electrical outlets and all conduit and outlet boxes as required. All electric appliances shall be suitable for operation on 220 VAC, single phase, 2 wires, 50 Hertz.
The color of the appliances cabinets and counters will be selected by the Owner.
STEEL LOCKERS
Metal lockers for locker rooms shall be 46 cm wide by 53 cm deep by 65 cm high, double tiers with sloping top.
The shelves of all lockers shall be perforated and the upper and lower part of each locker door shall be fully louvered for proper ventilation.
Each locker shall have standard equipment including metal shelf, chrome plated handle, bolts and nuts and a combination pad lock for each locker.
Doors shall be of heavy construction to resist warp or bending. Each door shall be provided with a number plate, a nametag plate and means for padlock attachment.
Locker doors shall be equipped with rubber bumpers.
Each locker shall be cleaned of all scale after fabrication, primed with a baked on primer and finished with baked on enamel of the color approved by the Owner.
