It refers to, on the premise of meeting the requirements of comfortable living, through using the energy-saving building materials, products and equipments, improving the thermal insulation performance of the building structure and energy efficiency ratio of the heating and air conditioning equipments, and reducing the heating, cooling and lighting energy consumption during building use process, to make reasonable and effective use of the energy.
目前，建筑能耗約占全社會(huì)總能耗的1/3,我國北方采暖城市居住面積只占全國城市居住面積的10%，但建筑能耗卻高達(dá)40%。我國建筑在使用中最大的能耗是采暖和制冷，與氣候條件相近的發(fā)達(dá)國家相比，我國建筑每平方米采暖能耗約是發(fā)達(dá)國家的3倍。
At present, the building energy consumption accounts for 1/3 of the total consumption of the whole society. The residential area in the northern heating cities accounts for only 10% of the national urban residential area, however, the building energy consumption is as high as 40%. The biggest energy consumption in the use of the buildings is heating and cooling. Compared to the developed countries with similar climatic conditions, the heating energy construction per square meter in China is about 3 times of that in the developed countries.
而在所有的建筑節(jié)能技術(shù)中，墻體保溫目前較為受人關(guān)注。根據(jù)有關(guān)機(jī)構(gòu)測試，房頂、門窗、地面、墻體等在住宅的能量損失中，墻約占50%，所以說外墻的保溫改造潛力巨大，節(jié)能效果最好。

According to the test by the relevant agency, the walls account for 50% of the energy losses in residence caused by roofs, doors, windows and walls. Phenolic foam, as a new type of insulation material, is the most promising in the building materials, recognized internationally. This new material is essentially different from those produced through adding flame retardant material to polymer resin. Its advantages include: Light weight, non-toxic, no corrosion, heat insulation, sound insulation, energy saving, low cost, no freon foam, no environmental pollution, good processing performance and convenient construction, etc. It has the incomparable comprehensive performance that a variety of current insulation materials can not match. Phenolic foam, known as “King of Thermal Insulation Materials " has rapid development in developed countries and has been widely used in construction, national defense, foreign trade, storage, energy and other fields. By insulation foam plastics, phenolic material accounts for 40% of the sound and thermal insulation foam plastics applied to the American construction industry. Japan has also established Phenolic Foam Popularization Association to promote the new material.
