十.污泥池:
初沉池污泥由污泥提升裝置匯入此處進行濃縮,濃縮后污泥用吸糞車吸走。污泥池上清液回流至調(diào)節(jié)池再送接觸氧化池處理。剩余污泥的清理周期視運行情況而定,估計一年2~3次,且有便于吸糞車吸取污泥的措施。
十一.污泥提升裝置:設在初沉池及二沉池內(nèi),通過空氣提升至污泥池。
十二.羅茨鼓風機:
1.設置羅茨鼓風機,向污水處理設備及過濾器提供空氣,風量滿足整個系統(tǒng)需氧量
(包括格柵池攪拌、預曝池、接觸氧化需氧量、氣提升用氣量)。風機進口設消音器和空氣過濾器,減少噪音。
2.風量:3.48m3/min;升壓:0.4kgf/cm2;轉(zhuǎn)速:1350轉(zhuǎn)/分;電機功率:5.5kw。
十三.曝氣裝置
1.設備型號:MAGNUM1500膜式曝氣管;設備數(shù)量:16套,每組8套;技術(shù)參數(shù):膜管長=1500mm。
2.特點:該充氧裝置曝氣膜采用FLEXNORM,支撐管材采用聚丙烯,具有充氧動力效率高,氣泡直徑小、安裝簡單,永遠不存在堵塞問題、使用壽命長等特點。
十四.過濾池反沖洗泵:
1.用途:提供過濾池反洗用水.
2.水泵型號:80YW40-15型液下泵;水泵設計流量:Q=45m3/h;水泵設計揚程:13m;電機功率:4.0kw。
第三節(jié) 設備的運行方式
整個污水處理系統(tǒng)為一套兩組,兩組可以同時運行,也可以分別單獨運行,兩組之間的切換根據(jù)需要(如檢修其中一組)手動切換。正常單組運行時,一臺污水提升泵運行,單組處理能力為5m3/h,兩組同時運行時,若污水提升泵運行一臺,則單組處理水量為2.5m3/h,若污水提升泵兩臺同時運行,則由人工打開其中一組的進水閥,以實現(xiàn)兩組同時運行,此時每組處理能力為5m3/h。
整套污水處理設備的運行自動進行,值班員應定期對設備進行檢查和維護。
第四節(jié) 各設備在處理過程中的作用及系統(tǒng)的調(diào)試運行
一.各設備在處理過程中的作用:
1.進入預曝調(diào)節(jié)池的污水,首先在池內(nèi)進行預曝氣,對水質(zhì)有較好的均勻作用,同時可去除一部分污染物。
2.然后污水進入初沉池,對污水中較大顆粒,容易沉淀的懸浮物進行預沉處理,采用豎流式沉淀形式,上清液溢流進入一級接觸氧化池,底部沉泥由氣提升進入污泥池。
3.在生物接觸氧化池,通過控制各階段曝氣量使池內(nèi)保持高的溶解氧和優(yōu)良的生物菌群與有機物接觸反應環(huán)境,降解各類有機物污染。接觸氧化池分為兩段。
4.接觸氧化池出水進入二沉淀池,澄清接觸氧化池出水,形式采用豎流式沉淀池。底部污泥氣提裝置提升,一部分進入污泥池,一部分進入抽初沉池。
5.二沉池出水進入過濾池,截留去除污水中殘余的懸浮物,同時對有機物也有一定程度去除。
6.過濾池出水進入消毒池,加入氯氣,接觸消毒。
7.消毒池出水流入清水池后排放,清水池儲存一部分清水,供過濾池反沖洗。
8.污泥接納沉淀的污泥池,上清液回流入調(diào)節(jié)池,進行再處理,沉積污泥約半年清理一次。
Chapter four Precision processing system of condensation water
Section one Overview of system
The processing system of high speed mixing bed applies the anode exchange resin and anion-exchange resin with high exchange capacity and good performance of
regeneration, which shall be mixed in a certain proportion; put into the high speed regeneration mixing bed fore desalinization processing of system.
The design of high speed mixing bed system of this project applies 2×50% processing capacity; automatically open the 50% bypass in case of failure of
converter; resume the operation after the trouble converter is regenerated; automatically open the100% bypass when the differential pressure of collecting
pipe or the temperature of feeding water of mixing bed fail to meet the requirements.
The condensate treatment of this project equips one set of high speed mixing bed system for each unit; each unit share the same resin outside regeneration
system; Each set of high speed mixing bed system mainly comprised by a sets of DN2200 outside regeneration high speed mixing bed and one set circulating
pump; resin outside regeneration system comprised by a resin separation, a regeneration equipment and a electric heating water tank, etc..
Section two Specification of main equipments
I. Total condensation water flow
Normal: 770 t/h; max: 900t/h;
II. Design flow rate of each mixing bed.
Normal: 385 t/h; max: 450 t/h;
III. System pressure.
Design pressure of mixing bed: 3.53Mpa; operating pressure of mixing bed: 2.65Mpa

Maximum temperature of condensing water: 55℃; normal temperature of condensing water :< 55℃
V. Design flow velocity of mixing bed.

VI. Normal pressure drop of the end of system operation: 0.3Mpa.
The maximum pressure drop allowed by the system (including resin catcher):0.34Mpa
VII. Resin anode volume of each mixing bed: 2.5 M3.
Resin anion volume of each mixing bed: 1.3 M3.
VIII. The minimum depth of each mixing bed: 1.0 M.
IX. Volume ratio of resin anode and resin anion: 2:1.
X. Regeneration equipment (resin anode tower, resin anion tower, resin processing tank and resin storing tower).
Design pressure: 0.69Mpa; design pressure of hot water tank: 0.59Mpa
XI. The acid consumption per unit of resin anode: 128Kg100%HCl
