一.啟動(dòng)前的檢查:
裝置啟動(dòng)前應(yīng)先檢查各閥門(mén)閥位,螺桿泵及電氣控制工況是否符合要求。
二.裝置的運(yùn)行準(zhǔn)備,運(yùn)行和停運(yùn):
1.  新裝置第一次啟動(dòng):將螺桿泵進(jìn)水管轉(zhuǎn)接清水池(水槽及水箱),開(kāi)啟排油閥,排氣閥后啟動(dòng)螺桿泵,逐級(jí)進(jìn)液,排氣,直至相應(yīng)筒體滿流后關(guān)閉相應(yīng)的排油、排氣閥,各級(jí)全部滿流后繼續(xù)運(yùn)行半小時(shí),一般采用循環(huán)方式,既運(yùn)行水也可返回水池(槽或箱)。
2. 一般啟動(dòng):先將螺桿泵進(jìn)出水管轉(zhuǎn)接清水池運(yùn)行半小時(shí),并逐級(jí)排氣至滿流。
3. 裝置的運(yùn)行:處理裝置經(jīng)清水運(yùn)行半小時(shí),并逐級(jí)排氣至滿流后,將進(jìn)水管轉(zhuǎn)入廢水池進(jìn)入處理運(yùn)行,同時(shí)根據(jù)含油廢水的含油濃度確定排油周期,排油只需開(kāi)啟排油閥,并通過(guò)排油觀察控制開(kāi)啟時(shí)間,一般條件下,每班只需開(kāi)啟一次(8小 時(shí)一次)。
4. 裝置的停運(yùn):結(jié)束運(yùn)行前應(yīng)將螺桿泵進(jìn)水管轉(zhuǎn)入清水池(槽或箱)運(yùn)行半小時(shí),然后再停泵,停泵時(shí)就關(guān)閉所有閥門(mén),保持筒體的滿流狀態(tài)。
第八節(jié)  裝置運(yùn)行的注意事項(xiàng)
一.裝置應(yīng)在清水滿流的前提下啟動(dòng),因此啟動(dòng)和停運(yùn)要清水運(yùn)行半小時(shí),并在此過(guò)程逐級(jí)排氣。
二.含油廢水應(yīng)經(jīng)過(guò)澄清、隔油設(shè)施預(yù)處理,泵前應(yīng)設(shè)置機(jī)械過(guò)濾器。
三.裝置運(yùn)行時(shí)應(yīng)注意廢水池液位,以免抽空后磁體空轉(zhuǎn)發(fā)熱損壞,必要時(shí)應(yīng)設(shè)置液位報(bào)警信號(hào)或液位聯(lián)動(dòng)可自控系統(tǒng)。
第九章  化學(xué)監(jiān)督與分析方法
第一節(jié)   停爐保護(hù)
一.  總則:
鍋爐停運(yùn)腐蝕比運(yùn)行腐蝕嚴(yán)重得多,所以在鍋爐大修,備用時(shí),必須認(rèn)真做好保護(hù)工作,以防腐蝕。
1. 停爐保護(hù)方法:
停爐保護(hù)方法很多,根據(jù)各種不同條件采用不同的方法,常采用的方法有以下四種。
(1)給水壓力溢流保護(hù)法。
(2)蒸汽壓力法。
(3)熱爐放水法。
(4)干燥劑或液氨法,聯(lián)胺法。
a. 給水壓力溢流保護(hù)法:
爐子停運(yùn)一天以上至二個(gè)月,爐本體內(nèi)沒(méi)有工作均可采用此法。當(dāng)爐子停運(yùn)降壓至0.5—1.0Mpa,開(kāi)啟溢流保護(hù)水母管從過(guò)熱器出口聯(lián)箱充入除過(guò)氧的水至滿,從爐子最高點(diǎn)溢流管流出進(jìn)行保護(hù),溢流水回收到疏水箱。保護(hù)期間每班分析一次爐水溶解氧,不合格以換水方式至合格。
b.  蒸汽壓力法:
熱備用爐和經(jīng)常開(kāi)停的爐子采用此法,用壓火或經(jīng)常升火的辦法,保持壓力0.5Mpa使空氣不能進(jìn)入,保護(hù)爐子,并定期分析爐水中氧。
c. 熱爐放水
運(yùn)行爐轉(zhuǎn)入檢修,爐子本體沒(méi)有工作采用此法。具體操作如下:
1、用熱電偶監(jiān)視汽包壁上下溫差變化。
2、燒盡煤粉,關(guān)主汽門(mén),并汽門(mén),連排門(mén)向空排汽門(mén),密閉煙氣系統(tǒng),全開(kāi)取樣門(mén),過(guò)熱器疏水門(mén),爐子從旁路補(bǔ)給水。
3、降壓至5.0Mpa時(shí)120—125爐關(guān)過(guò)熱器疏水水門(mén)。進(jìn)行定排,每點(diǎn)一分至半分鐘,然后開(kāi)事故放水降壓,并補(bǔ)水保持水位。
4、也可開(kāi)向空排汽門(mén),爐水放完后,開(kāi)引風(fēng)機(jī)擋板進(jìn)行自然通風(fēng)直至向空排門(mén)不冒汽,關(guān)閉之。
d. 干燥劑或液氨法、聯(lián)胺法。
● 對(duì)長(zhǎng)期停用的鍋爐,采用此法。
干燥劑法:用無(wú)水氯化鈣或經(jīng)120—140烘的硅膠或生石灰,其用量,前二種0.1—0.2Mpa爐容積,干燥劑放入小盤(pán)內(nèi)或袋中分別放入汽包,各聯(lián)箱,并記錄準(zhǔn)確部位,定期檢查,失效后定期更換。
● 氨液法:用含氨500mg/L的稀氨溶液充滿鍋爐。
● 聯(lián)胺法:用PH≥10,含聯(lián)胺150—200mg/L的氨—聯(lián)胺溶液充滿鍋爐。
Section Four System operation

1. Operation of high speed mixing:
1. Inspection of high speed mixing before startup:
●Check tank pressure shall be 0.6-0.7Mpa
●The control panel shall be power on; the electromagnetism valve box shall has the air supply, power on and has the operating condition.
●Each on-line measuring appliance is in the readiness condition; analysis measuring appliance, instrument and drugs are prepared.
●The circulating pump and motor are in a good readiness condition; the manual operating gate of the inlet and outlet of pump shall be in an opening condition.
● The corresponding manual valve of commissioning mixing bed (e.g.: inlet and outlet manual gate, etc.) shall be in an opening condition; the # 1, # 2 and # 6 manual handle of electrical operating gate of f commissioning mixing bed throws transports shall not be opened or closed too tightly;.
●The resin level of commissioning mixing bed shall be a moderate height; the water feeding and air discharging of mixing bed shall be a readiness condition.

2. Operation of high speed mixing:
The operation procedure of high speeding mixing shall be: Raise pressure, recirculation and commissioning; closes bypass. (For details information, please refer to procedure table)

3. Shut down of high speed mixing:
The operation procedure of shut down of high speeding mixing: open the bypass gate, close the inlet and outlet, release pressure, prepare to transmit the resin.( For details information, please refer to procedure table)

6. The time in the tables is only for reference, which may be adjusted on site;

Instruction: 1.Procedure 2-6 with # mark may be duplicated. It may be circulated for many times according to the water quality;
2. The Root’s outlet pneumatic valve of 00LDC20AA501 is often in an opening status, which is interlocked with the air blower . It shall be closed 10 seconds later after the startup of air blower. The air blower may startup automatically after the closing the air blower. The cooling water valve 00LDC20AA502/503 shall be started 15 seconds in advance before opening the Root’s air blower. Close this valve after shut down the air blower for 15 seconds. It is required to maintain the fluid level of acid and alkali storing tank before the regeneration process;4. The time in the tables is only for reference, which may be adjusted on site.
