試運(yùn)行和驗(yàn)收規(guī)程翻譯-中英版
在安裝完成之后，承包商將安裝投入運(yùn)行，并且使設(shè)備在滿負(fù)荷條件下連續(xù)運(yùn)行4 周。雇主提供必要的操作人員，在承包商的指示下進(jìn)行正確的施工作業(yè)和整個(gè)設(shè)備的運(yùn)行操作。買主提供電源和水源。
如果設(shè)備的性能在不少于一周通過連續(xù)運(yùn)行時(shí)期，一直到4 周試運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)結(jié)束，產(chǎn)生的原水和壓力遵循說明，并且輔助設(shè)備運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)無故障， 工程師接受設(shè)備并且發(fā)行一份暫時(shí)的證明書。不影響設(shè)備操作的較小缺陷不耽誤這樣的影響證明書的發(fā)行，但承包商必須在接到工程師的書面通知后盡快彌補(bǔ)缺陷。

在12個(gè)月時(shí)間的維修末期，工程師要求檢查設(shè)備。如果設(shè)備的性能滿足說明要求，發(fā)行一份最后證明書。如果任何設(shè)備的性能沒有達(dá)到要求，項(xiàng)目維護(hù)期延長。
下列時(shí)間表為合同最后驗(yàn)收時(shí)提供。包括合同的技術(shù)規(guī)格說明和條件。
a.從開始日期到   月28日：施工和安裝階段包括管道試驗(yàn)，結(jié)構(gòu)防水試驗(yàn)以及和管道和結(jié)構(gòu)(如果有的話)的消毒。水和化學(xué)制品(如果有的話)的供應(yīng)安置承包商的比率，價(jià)格包括在日程表里

j.在第1次綜合試驗(yàn)成功之后發(fā)放5%的留存款項(xiàng)： 在月32之前
k.如果第1次綜合試驗(yàn)成功并保證良好的符合性，發(fā)布LWL或者HWL的最后驗(yàn)收合格證： 在月32之前
l.承包商(包括施工和費(fèi)用總值)提供完工陳述文件： 在月33之前
m.在較高或者較低液位進(jìn)行符合性從測(cè)試： 月A
n.缺陷責(zé)任時(shí)期： 從月A到月+ 12。
o.雇主最后接管： 月+ 12
p. 承包商提供完工陳述文件包括施工和費(fèi)用總值： 在月A+14之前
q.雇主最后證明書： 在月A+15之前
a. r.最后支付(5%留存款項(xiàng))或者解除銀行擔(dān)保： 在月A+15之前。
1.1 Commissioning and acceptance
After installation is complete, contractor shall arrange the relevant operation, and make the equipment continuous operation at full load under the condition of 4 weeks. Employers shall provide necessary operation personnel, under the instructions of contractor to correct construction and operation of the entire equipment. Buyer shall provide the power and water.
If the performance of the equipment in no less than a week, through continuous operation period till the end of four weeks test run, the raw water and the pressure to follow the instructions, and auxiliary equipment failure-free operation, engineer accepts equipment and issue a certificate of temporary.
