VSB工程師出廠檢驗-中英對照
為了使VSB工程師（在其認為有必要的情況下）派遣代表見證這些試驗，供應(yīng)商至少應(yīng)在測試周期前14天通知VSB工程師。
每個面板至少要進行下列測試：
一致性檢查
測量絕緣電阻(動力和控制電路);
介電試驗(動力和控制電路);
功能測試(機械和電氣);
檢查互鎖及安全裝置;
檢查與圖紙和電路圖的一致性
供應(yīng)商應(yīng)提供載明配電板短路耐受能力和抗電弧能力型式試驗結(jié)果的報告。
供應(yīng)商應(yīng)起草詳細測試報告并提交VSB。

至少要提供臨時驗收（調(diào)試后）后的24個月質(zhì)量擔保，現(xiàn)場交付后最長30個月。
Factory inspection
VSB engineer (in) it deems necessary to send representatives to witness these tests, and suppliers shall be noted at least 14 days before the test cycle submitted to VSB engineer.
Each panel should be at least the following tests:
Consistency check
Measuring insulation resistance (drive and control circuit);
Dielectric test (drive and control circuit);
Functional test (mechanical and electrical);
Check interlock and safety device;
Check conformance with the drawing and circuit diagram
Supplier shall provide indicate the distribution board short circuit resistance and arc resistance type test results report.
Supplier shall be drafted detailed test report and submit VSB.

VSB to suppliers to provide the following documents:
The serial number when the file name to provide
Asked when the phase of the project
Preliminary X 1 project general specification
2 preliminary single line diagram of X
10.2 Document provided by the supplier

10.2.1 Proposed
The project involves the proposal with technical documents. This file contains at least the following contents:
Preliminary drawings, including:
O single line diagram
O equipment drawings
O view layout before
O reference for civil engineering drawings, indicate the stents or guide rail and the minimum distance
O schematic
O secondary voltage distribution
O bill of materials
Fill in technical parameter table
Directory containing all technical information
Necessary spare parts list
Type testing of the special test list
Time schedule, including submitted drawings
Size and weight
Deviation list
10.2.2 Installation, operation and maintenance manuals
After final approval of all the above-mentioned technical documents, shall provide all the switch equipment installation, operation and maintenance manuals, at least include the following contents:
Fill in technical parameter table, including "completed" status data corresponding to the transformer

Equipment drawings
Front view layout
Reference for civil engineering drawings, indicate the stents or guide rail and the minimum distance
