Application Scope 本產(chǎn)品主要用于冶金、化肥、焦化、城市煤氣、碳素、油頁巖、電力、建材、陶瓷等行業(yè)的氣體凈化,用以回收煤氣、焦爐氣中的焦油,同時去除其中的粉塵、水霧等雜質(zhì)。達到物料回收和氣體凈化雙重效果,對保證工藝流程中后工段設(shè)備的正常穩(wěn)定運行起著至關(guān)重要的作用。 This product is mainly used for gas purification in industries, including metallurgy, fertilizer, coking, city gas, carbon, oil shale, electric power, building materials, ceramics and other industries, which may be used to recover tar in gas and coke oven gas, remove dust, water mist and other impurities as well. Structural Composition 本產(chǎn)品由高壓恒流電源和捕焦本體(機械塔體)兩大部分組成,前者選用CS-Ⅲ-PLC型單相LC恒流源靜電沉積用高壓恒流電源;后者結(jié)構(gòu)上可選用FD蜂窩式、SJD濕管式、TD套筒式(同心圓式)或GD管是。四種結(jié)構(gòu)的本體均主要由筒體和放電極(電暈極)以及吸捕極(沉淀極)組成。 This product consists of two parts: high voltage constant current power supply and coke catching body (mechanical tower body). Working Principle 高壓恒流電源產(chǎn)生的負高壓,接入電暈極(陰極),它與沉淀極(陽極)之間產(chǎn)生電場,電場強度超過一定極限后在陰陽兩極間即產(chǎn)生電暈放電。此時流經(jīng)電場區(qū)的氣體發(fā)生電離,產(chǎn)生大量的離子和電子。周圍可聽見強烈的電磁蜂聲,光線暗時可見紫蘭色電暈。通過電場的煤氣中的焦油、粉塵、水霧等粒子與離子或電子結(jié)合而荷電,在電場力的作用下向兩極運動。 The negative high voltage generated by the high-voltage constant-current power supply is connected to the corona polar (cathode), and an electric field is generated between it and the precipitation polar (anode). At this time, the power provided by the power supply increases sharply than during normal operation, and the flashover or short-circuit energy is very large, which easily causes the power supply itself or the corona wire to malfunction. 電暈功率 實線:恒源流供電特性 虛線:可控硅供電特性 從以上原理分析及放電特性圖可知: 1、抑制電暈閉塞、陰極線肥大 設(shè)備在粉塵濃度增大時,會阻礙帶電粒子的遷移,從而形成電暈“閉塞”。而恒源流在粉塵濃度增大時,輸出電壓會自動升高,可以有效的克服電暈“閉塞”,同時極板、極絲不易積灰,有效抑制陰極線肥大的發(fā)生。 2、恒源流火花放電功率遠小于正常運行功率,對電除塵器機械缺陷不敏感,故可以將運行功率提至極限狀態(tài)運行。 3、與恒源流負反饋放電特性相反,可控硅電源放電呈正饋特性,極易發(fā)展為火花放電,火花放電功率遠大于正常運行功率,故而發(fā)生火花放電的頻率高,能極大。為確保設(shè)備安全,只能在低電暈功率水平運行。 4、恒源流輸入輸出均為正弦波,輸入阻抗呈阻性。經(jīng)數(shù)學推導可得知U1與I1同相,因而功率因數(shù)較高。我公司企業(yè)標準COSΨ≥0.95接近1。而電壓源的功率因數(shù)行業(yè)標準為COSΨ≥0.8,同樣的設(shè)備如消耗的有功功率相同,則視在功率電壓源要大的多。恒流電源節(jié)電效果明顯。 六、CS-Ⅲ-PLC型單相LC恒流源主要特點 1.單相恒流高壓電源柜采用西門子S7-200Smart系列PLC控制,有本柜和遠程兩種操作方式。電源的運行參數(shù)和指標通過PLC與DCS或上位機通訊,實現(xiàn)遠程監(jiān)控和啟停。 2.、單相恒流高壓電源柜采用西門子mart700IE,TFT觸摸屏作為人機顯示界面,全中文菜單操作,人機界面友好,實現(xiàn)實時、在線的自動顯示測控; 3.采用人工智能控制,投運過程均按專家預設(shè)程序自動完成,無需人工干預,正確靈敏地在線實時監(jiān)測工作狀態(tài)。 4.工作方式為;(1)火花監(jiān)測模式(2)基礎(chǔ)工作模式; 5.通過上位機遠程監(jiān)控恒流源的運行狀態(tài),可實現(xiàn)恒流源的遠程起動、停止、電壓、電流、溫度數(shù)據(jù)的實時監(jiān)控,并能在設(shè)備出現(xiàn)開路、短路、過流、過壓、過氧、溫度超限等異常狀態(tài)時遠程切斷電控柜電源,使用安全可靠。 6.實現(xiàn)對用戶設(shè)備遠程監(jiān)控,實時了解現(xiàn)場的運行情況以及進行遠程調(diào)試、診斷。 7.單相恒流高壓電源柜源采用以太網(wǎng)通訊接口,可將電源柜與濕式電除塵DCS控制系統(tǒng)互連,通訊快速,實現(xiàn)遠程操作,數(shù)據(jù)共享。 8.完善的保護功能當設(shè)備使用出現(xiàn)異常時,系統(tǒng)自動檢測故障,發(fā)出聲光報警并顯示報警信息。當各絕緣箱的溫度超過上下限定值時,發(fā)出報
