外資公司注冊流程
1、查名 Business Name Approval :

《企業(yè)預(yù)先核準(zhǔn)申請書》（備注：提供公司名稱若干、公司經(jīng)營范圍、注冊資本、股東間股權(quán)分配，如個人投資需提供護照，公司投資需提供營業(yè)執(zhí)照復(fù)印件以及中文翻譯件。)

以上所說的審批時間指的是材料符合要求后的審批時間。The Duration of approval is commencing from the day when necessary documents accepted by the bureaus.
