初步確定總工期為60日歷天,開工日期2007年12月20日，以丙方/監(jiān)理實(shí)際開工指令為準(zhǔn),竣工日期2008年2月20日,以丙方實(shí)際進(jìn)度計(jì)劃為準(zhǔn)。計(jì)算工期包括所有法定假期和星期六、日以及天氣惡劣的日子。
The total project duration is preliminarily determined to be 60 calendar days. The commencement date is December 20th, 2007, subject to the direction of actual commencement sent by Party C/ the supervising party; the completion date is February 20th, 2008, subject to the actual progress schedule of Party C. The project duration should be calculated including official holidays, Saturdays, Sundays and days with bad weather.

V、 Objectives for Civilized and Safe Construction
杜絕重大傷亡和火災(zāi)事故，杜絕重大設(shè)備和交通事故，達(dá)到業(yè)主、總包管理要求，實(shí)現(xiàn)北京市安全文明工地。
Serious casualties, fire accidents, accidents about major equipment and traffic accidents must be avoided to meet the requirements on management proposed by the proprietor and the general contractor and become the construction site for civilization and safety in Beijing.
六、 工程難點(diǎn)
VI、 Tough Points in the Project
1、 施工現(xiàn)場地域較小，臨時(shí)周轉(zhuǎn)場地需要合理利用。
1. The area of the construction site is relatively small, and the site for temporary use needs to be utilized in a proper way.
2、 設(shè)備體形較大，地下空間有限，吊裝難度較大。
