Measures for Environment Protection
施工過(guò)程中要認(rèn)真貫徹北京市建設(shè)工程施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)環(huán)境保護(hù)基本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，嚴(yán)格按照國(guó)際ISO14001環(huán)境管理體系標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，建立環(huán)保自我保障體系，對(duì)工程各個(gè)施工階段的環(huán)境因素進(jìn)行識(shí)別、評(píng)價(jià)，并確定重要環(huán)境因素，針對(duì)重要環(huán)境因素制定該工程的《環(huán)境管理方案》。建立完整的環(huán)境管理體系，高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)嚴(yán)要求做好環(huán)境保護(hù)工作。
The construction process shall conscientiously implement the Environmental Protection Basic Standards of Beijing Municipal Construction Project Construction Site, and establish environmental protection self-protection system in strict accordance with the international ISO 14001 environmental management system standards, carry on identification, evaluation on the environmental factors during each construction period of the project and determine the important environmental factors. “Environmental Management Program” in terms of important environmental factors shall be prepared and complete environmental management system shall be established to do the environmental protection work well at high standard and strict requirement.
1、 組織全體施工人員認(rèn)真學(xué)習(xí)國(guó)家有關(guān)“環(huán)境保護(hù)”的政策法規(guī)、北京市政府頒發(fā)的環(huán)境保護(hù)的規(guī)章制度，并進(jìn)行考核,同時(shí)作好記錄,使全體參與本工程建設(shè)的員工充分認(rèn)識(shí)到，不但要搞好工程建設(shè)，還要給自己和他人創(chuàng)造一個(gè)清潔、優(yōu)美的生活、工作環(huán)境。
1. Organize the whole construction personnel to study relevant state policies, laws and regulations in relation to “environmental protection” and environmental protection rules and regulations issued by Beijing municipal government, and carry on assessment, make records, to allow all staff involved in the construction fully to understand that not only project construction should be completed well, but also a clean, beautiful living and working environment should be created for themselves and others.
2、 在施工時(shí)，要防止和減少噪音污染。夜間施工噪聲與照明不許違反有關(guān)規(guī)定,盡量避免夜間施工。夜間加班施工時(shí)不得干擾施工地段市民的正常休息。
2. Prevent and reduce noise pollution in construction. Construction noise and lighting at night shall not violate relevant regulations and construction in night shall be avoided as possible. Normal rest of civilians on the construction sections shall not be disrupted for overtime construction at night.
3、 對(duì)施工中的垃圾，嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行業(yè)主和北京市政府的有關(guān)文件要求和規(guī)定，必須運(yùn)送到指定地點(diǎn)堆放，嚴(yán)禁亂倒和堆放。加工區(qū)材料按性質(zhì)、規(guī)格型號(hào)碼放，廢料、
下腳料不得隨意亂仍，統(tǒng)一存放。經(jīng)常清理，做到工完腳下清。
3. The construction refuses shall be transported to designated locations to be stacked in strict accordance with requirements and provisions of relevant documents of the owner and Beijing municipal government. Dump and packing of them at will are forbidden. Materials of processing area shall be put according to the nature and specifications models of the materials; waste and leftovers shall not be thrown away at will and shall be stored unified. Regular cleaning shall be performed so as to clear away the field after completing the work.
4、 不在施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)焚燒油氈、橡膠、塑料、皮革等施工垃圾。
4. Construction refuses such as linoleum, rubber, plastics, leather and so on shall not be burnt in the construction site.
5、 為降低噪音和環(huán)境污染、減少擾民，使居民有一個(gè)比較舒適的生活工作環(huán)境，施工垃圾當(dāng)天清理當(dāng)天外運(yùn)；大型設(shè)備的運(yùn)輸和吊裝需做好現(xiàn)場(chǎng)防護(hù)工作。
5. 7、 管道水壓試驗(yàn)及沖洗，要做好排水措施，防止地面積水影響交通。
7. For pipeline pressure test and pipeline flushing, drainage measures shall be done so as to prevent water accumulation on the ground to influence the traffic.
8、 廚房生活用水必須設(shè)置隔油池，過(guò)濾后方可排入市政管網(wǎng)內(nèi)。
8. Separation tank shall be set up for living water use in kitchen. The water shall be drained off to the municipal pipeline network after filtration.
9、 施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)使用的茶爐、大灶應(yīng)采用天然氣等清潔燃料。
9. Drinking water boiler and kitchen range shall use clean fuels such as natural gas on the construction site.
10、 由于地下空間面積大，空氣不容易流通，特別是在電氣焊作業(yè)時(shí)容易產(chǎn)生大量煙氣，因此在相應(yīng)的樓梯口、窗井及預(yù)留風(fēng)道處設(shè)置臨時(shí)排煙風(fēng)機(jī)。
10. Because underground space is large, air flow is not easy, especially large quantities of flue gas is produced for electric welding operation, provisional smoke exhaust fan shall be arranged in the corresponding staircase, window wells and pre-reserved wind conduits.
11、 整個(gè)施工區(qū)、辦公區(qū)、生活區(qū)及料場(chǎng)整潔，無(wú)積水，無(wú)雜物。
11. The entire construction area, office and living areas and the material yard shall be clean, no water accumulation and no debris.
12、 加強(qiáng)施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)灑水、清掃、覆蓋等工作，防止揚(yáng)塵。并安排專人協(xié)同土建施工方 負(fù)責(zé)施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)揚(yáng)塵的治理工作。
12. Strengthen sprinkling, cleaning, covering and so on of the construction site, prevent from flying dust. Special personnel is arranged to cooperate with civil engineering construction party to be responsible for the governance of flying dusts of the construction site.
