合同付款方式翻譯-中英對(duì)照
1、付款時(shí)間及比例：
（1）在乙方承擔(dān)的天崗石材產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)工程竣工驗(yàn)收合格之日（以政府竣工驗(yàn)收?qǐng)?bào)告為準(zhǔn)）起半年后的一周內(nèi), 甲方支付按本合同第二條第（1）款雙方約定的乙方應(yīng)得工程結(jié)算款的百分之五十；
（2）在工程竣工驗(yàn)收合格之日起滿壹年后，甲方付清乙方其余百分之四十五的工程款；按國(guó)家規(guī)定扣除5%的質(zhì)保金，在保修期滿再驗(yàn)收合格后支付。
2、稅金：各方工程款的稅金直接由開發(fā)區(qū)代扣代繳，任何一方如需回原地交納，直接與開發(fā)區(qū)協(xié)商解決。
五、關(guān)于協(xié)調(diào)第三方采用小BT方式參與施工
1、甲方協(xié)調(diào)第三方采用小BT：在施工過程中，如果乙方需要甲方協(xié)調(diào)第三方（或甲方自己）采用小BT方式提供材料購(gòu)置資金并參與材料購(gòu)置事務(wù)管理，則第三方參與合作事項(xiàng)特別約定。
2、小BT合作的回報(bào)：采用以下折算辦法進(jìn)行換算，即首先按材料購(gòu)置資金使用額的四倍作為基數(shù)參與最終工程結(jié)算，然后按該基數(shù)的10%作為小BT合作的回報(bào)；
3、第三方采用小BT方式參與合作的內(nèi)容和資金數(shù)額：
(1)為了加快項(xiàng)目的啟動(dòng)，在施工單位進(jìn)場(chǎng)灘鋪路面后一周和二周內(nèi)，甲方分二次支付給乙方人民幣壹佰萬(wàn)元；乙方給出各家施工點(diǎn)的分配比例,甲方直接支付；
（2）只限于提供未完成工程和新工程購(gòu)置材料的資金和管理，提供材料資金的額度為實(shí)際購(gòu)買未完成工程所需瀝青混凝土及底油材料資金的70％；
4、合作方式：
(1)乙方根據(jù)所需工程的所需瀝青混凝土及底油材料,列出詳細(xì)的使用材料資金計(jì)劃，甲方審核后（不超過四天）將通過第三方籌措的資金按工程進(jìn)度分期撥付；
(2)為了方便快捷支付,甲方將采用“第三方支付”原則,即由甲方將款直接代乙方付給最終用戶——材料供應(yīng)商（貨到付款）；
(3)在項(xiàng)目最終結(jié)算時(shí)，按乙方實(shí)際使用的第三方資金數(shù)額和工程回報(bào)，付工程款時(shí)由甲方直接替第三方一次性代扣；
（4）甲方參與材料的采購(gòu),并派專人參與資金的使用管理。
六、質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及竣工驗(yàn)收
1、質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)：工程質(zhì)量應(yīng)符合國(guó)家相應(yīng)的規(guī)范及驗(yàn)收合格標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
2、竣工驗(yàn)收： 每項(xiàng)工程完工準(zhǔn)備竣工驗(yàn)收時(shí)，乙方提前一周向甲方和吉林蛟河天崗石材產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)管委會(huì)遞交竣工驗(yàn)收申請(qǐng)報(bào)告，組成由大、小業(yè)主牽頭，施工、監(jiān)理及質(zhì)檢部門等有關(guān)單位共同參加的聯(lián)合驗(yàn)收小組，共同參與工程竣工驗(yàn)收 (含全部工程資料驗(yàn)收)。
IV. Term of payment
1. Time of payment and proportion of payment:

Fifth, about coordinating the third party and adopting young BT way to participate in constructing
1, Party A coordinates the third party and adopts young BT: In the course of constructing, if Party B needs Party A to coordinate the third party (or Party A oneself ) to adopt small BT way to offer materials to purchase the fund and participate in the material to purchase transaction management , then the third party participates in the cooperative item to especially agree on.
2, small BT cooperative repayment: Adopt and convert the method to convert followingly, namely participate in the final project to calculate as the base figure according to the quadruple of purchasing the volume of use of funds of material at first, then regarded as small BT cooperative repayment according to 10% of this base figure ;
3, the third party adopts small BT way to participate in the cooperative content and fund number :
(1)In order to accelerate the arrival of the project, in one week and two weeks after march into the arena in the unit in charge of construction the beach pave the road surface , Party A divides into two times and pays 1 million yuan to Party B ; The allocation proportion lighted that Party B provides every one and constructs, Party A pays directly;
( 2) Only limited to fund and management offering the immature project and new project to purchase the material , offer 70% in order to buy immature necessary bituminous concrete of project and bottom oil material fund actually of amount of the material fund;
4, cooperative way:
(1)Party B , according to the necessary bituminous concrete of the necessary project and bottom oil material, listing detailed using the material fund plan, Party A will appropriate by stages according to the project progress through the fund which the third party raised after verifying (less than four days );
(2)In order to pay conveniently and swiftly, Party A will adopt the principle that " the third party will pay ", namely will be paid the end user for Party B the fund directly by Party A - -Material supplier (cash on delivery);
(3)While settling account finally in project, reciprocate according to fund number and project of third party that Party B use actually , is taken the place of and deducted once only for the third party directly by Party A while paying the project fund ;
( 4) Party A participates in the purchase of the material , and send the special messenger to participate in the use and management of the fund.
Sixth , quality level and final acceptance of construction
1, quality level : Project quality should accord with country's corresponding norm and qualified standard of confirmation .
2, the final acceptance of construction: When each project completes and prepares the final acceptance of construction, the management committee of industry's garden of stone material of hillock submit the final acceptance of construction and apply for the report to Party A and day of Jiaohe River , Jilin in one week ahead of time in Party B , make up by heavy , petty proprietor take the lead , construct , manage and department ,etc. that unit concerned participate in together to confirm group jointly quality testing, participate in the final acceptance of construction of the project together (confirm including all project materials).
