Main Responsibilities of Production & Planning Team
(1) 組織施工，布置施工任務(wù)，對(duì)施工進(jìn)度負(fù)責(zé)；

(3) 負(fù)責(zé)質(zhì)量、安全、進(jìn)度等保證措施的實(shí)施，杜絕重大設(shè)備人身傷亡事故；
(3) Be responsible for the execution of guarantee measures in terms of quality, safety and progress, and avoid accidents about key equipment and casualties;
(4) 定期組織施工生產(chǎn)會(huì)，采取一切必要措施保證施工進(jìn)度；
(4) Organize regular construction meeting and take every necessary measure to ensure the construction progress;
(5) 組織編制施工方案，并審核批準(zhǔn)；
(5) Organize the establishment of construction scheme and examine it for approval;
(6) 組織工程技術(shù)、質(zhì)量、安全及消防檢查現(xiàn)場(chǎng)會(huì)；
(6) Organize the on-the-spot meeting about engineering technology, quality, safety and fire service inspection;
(7) 組織工程技術(shù)交底工作；
(7) Organize to confide the technical secret about the project;
(8) 按時(shí)間要求編制月施工計(jì)劃及統(tǒng)計(jì)月實(shí)際完成情況，并根據(jù)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)際及時(shí)調(diào)整施工計(jì)劃；
(8) Establish the monthly construction plan and make statistics of the actual monthly fulfillment based on the time requirement, and make timely adjustment of the construction plan according to the real situation on the site;
(9) 簽署質(zhì)量資料評(píng)定意見，負(fù)責(zé)組織督促竣工資料的整理、歸檔。
(9) Sign the evaluation comments about the quality data, be responsible for organizing and urging the arrangement and filing of completion data.

Main Responsibilities of Quality Safety Team: Be responsible for the safety and
quality of all the projects in the works.
(1) 負(fù)責(zé)貫徹公司的質(zhì)量方針、目標(biāo)、程序文件、項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量計(jì)劃并驗(yàn)證其執(zhí)行情況；
(1) Be responsible for carrying out the quality policy, objective, procedure document and project quality plan and inspecting how the execution goes;
(2) 全面負(fù)責(zé)項(xiàng)目施工過程中的質(zhì)量跟蹤與質(zhì)量控制工作；
(2) Be completely responsible for quality follow-up and quality control during the project construction;
(3) 負(fù)責(zé)過程檢驗(yàn)和實(shí)驗(yàn)的監(jiān)督、管理工作，參與工程竣工驗(yàn)收；
(3) Be responsible for supervision and management for the inspection and test of the procedure, and get involved in the acceptance work after completion;
(4) 負(fù)責(zé)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)檢驗(yàn)和實(shí)驗(yàn)工作的管理；
(4) Be responsible for the management of site inspection and test;
(5) 負(fù)責(zé)項(xiàng)目不合格品的控制和統(tǒng)計(jì)分析工作；
(5) Be responsible for the control and statistical analysis of unqualified products in the project;
(6) 負(fù)責(zé)本項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量記錄的監(jiān)督、管理工作；
(6) Be responsible for the supervision and management of quality record in the project;
(7) 編制安全生產(chǎn)方案，審核安全技術(shù)措施；
(7) Establish the scheme for safety in production, and review the measures for safety in technology;
(8) 負(fù)責(zé)糾正和預(yù)防措施的跟蹤與驗(yàn)證工作；
(8) Be responsible for the follow-up and verification of the corrective measures and
precautions;
(9) 負(fù)責(zé)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)過程中的安全監(jiān)督、檢查及安全糾正措施的跟蹤與檢驗(yàn)；
（9）Be responsible for the safety supervision, check and the follow-up and inspection of the corrective safety measures;
(10) 現(xiàn)場(chǎng)文明施工的統(tǒng)一管理、監(jiān)督、整改和復(fù)查。
(10) Make uniform management, supervision, rectification and review of the civilized construction on the site.
物資采供組主要職責(zé)
Main Responsibilities of Material Purchase & Supply Team
保證使用于本項(xiàng)目的各種物資、材料符合設(shè)計(jì)和規(guī)范、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的要求。
Ensure that various materials are in conformity with the requirements of the design, specification and standards.
(1) 統(tǒng)一管理本項(xiàng)目的物資供應(yīng)工作，控制工程材料成本；
(1) Execute uniform management of material supply for the project, and control the cost of engineering material;
(2) 依據(jù)材料需用計(jì)劃，編制材料采購計(jì)劃；
(2) According to the demand plan of material, establish the material purchase plan;
(3) 根據(jù)工程進(jìn)度情況，及時(shí)組織材料進(jìn)場(chǎng)；
(3) Based on the project progress, organize the approach of material in time;
(4) 負(fù)責(zé)進(jìn)場(chǎng)材料進(jìn)貨檢驗(yàn)和實(shí)驗(yàn)，并記錄存檔；
(4) Be responsible for the purchase inspection and test of the approached material and make records for filing;
(5) 負(fù)責(zé)本項(xiàng)目各類材料的標(biāo)識(shí)，使得其具有可追溯性；
(5) Be responsible for marking various materials in the project so that they are traceable;
(6) 負(fù)責(zé)本項(xiàng)目材料、半成品的搬運(yùn)、儲(chǔ)存的控制管理工作；
(6) Be responsible for the control and management of transportation and storage of material and semi-finished products;
(7) 負(fù)責(zé)業(yè)主提供材料的進(jìn)場(chǎng)檢驗(yàn)，并辦理書面手續(xù)。
(7) Be responsible for the approach inspection of the material offered by the proprietors and arrange the written procedure.

6. Special Management Measures of the Project
(1) 列為我公司2007～2008年度重點(diǎn)工程，公司從各方面優(yōu)先考慮該工程，全方位保證項(xiàng)目的運(yùn)作。
(1) It is listed as the key project of our company between the year 2007 and 2008, so priority will be given to the project in every aspect to ensure its operation in all directions.
(2) 建立項(xiàng)目簡(jiǎn)報(bào)制度，每旬將本項(xiàng)目的各種質(zhì)量、安全、進(jìn)度、協(xié)作關(guān)系情況實(shí)時(shí)向業(yè)主、地方政府有關(guān)部門、公司總部匯報(bào), 并通報(bào)給相關(guān)的土建單位。
(2) Establish the project briefing system to report the quality, safety, progress and cooperative relations about the project to the proprietor, the local government departments concerned and the corporate headquarter in real time, meanwhile, report it to the relevant unit for the civil works.
